Echo of the Garden

A complex lampwork composition encased within a solid glass sphere, created using multilayer flameworking and encapsulation techniques. Inside are over 70 miniature elements — flowers, leaves, seed pods, and abstract forms — all handcrafted from colored glass and millefiori. At the center, a sculptural structure made of fine white glass threads creates a sense of motion and depth. Every component is precisely placed to form a three-dimensional composition, giving the illusion of a floating garden suspended in glass. Made from soda-lime glass, with carefully controlled temperatures throughout to ensure optical clarity and structural stability.
The strength of my work lies in the combination of well-thought-out compositions, carefully balanced color choices, and a high level of technical precision.
I pay particular attention to the clarity of the image within the glass. This is the result of years of practice, precise temperature control, careful layering, and constant monitoring of the material’s behavior during melting and cooling. It is this precision that allows the forms to remain crisp, even in the most complex multilayered compositions.
