One of the most technically intricate pieces in the series. This sphere contains over 100 individual lampworked elements — anemone-like blooms, asters, poppy-inspired flowers, and graphic foliage with vivid veining. Each component was handcrafted using micro-preforms, pulled, shaped, and assembled in stages with precise heat control. The design is built in layers, creating deep spatial perspective and exceptional density without compromising clarity. Made with soda-lime glass, the entire process required careful thermal balancing during construction and annealing to ensure structural integrity.
This piece is not just a garden — it’s a glass botanical explosion in miniature.
The strength of my work lies in the combination of well-thought-out compositions, carefully balanced color choices, and a high level of technical precision.
I pay particular attention to the clarity of the image within the glass. This is the result of years of practice, precise temperature control, careful layering, and constant monitoring of the material’s behavior during melting and cooling. It is this precision that allows the forms to remain crisp, even in the most complex multilayered compositions.
Thank you for visiting and for your interest in my work. It means a lot to me.
